Over The Social Selling Hype Interview In Lehman’s Terms with Barb Giamanco

Back in December, I had a chance to sit down with Barb Giamanco and elaborate on the status of Social Selling. I wanted Barb’s insight on Social Selling and sales profession today. Barb wrote a post titled “Why I’m Over Social Selling” and I wanted her to set the record straight in Lehman’s Terms.

Truth be told, she is not over the concept and practice of Social Selling but over the industry noise, hype and social gamesmanship by some social sellers today. I couldn’t agree more as we keep it 100 on Lehman’s Terms of business.

Happy July 4th (Video) Revisit 2011 Same Social Message Today

Back in July of 2011,  I launched a video series project called Social Selling TV.  One of my first video’s produced was with a simple flip camera.

 

The message was simple as this.

  • Thank Those who support and protect our Freedom!

That message remains the same today in 2015. Happy 4th of July and thank those that support our Freedom!

In Lehman’s Terms,  I am glad to live in this great nation and have the freedom to visually voice my opinion.  Since 2010, I’ve been producing videos on the topic of social selling video well before Google Hangouts, Meerkat and Periscope video formats existed.  I’m not the first to do video on sales and social media training but I helped pioneer the social selling video movement.  My Social Proof are my videos, content posts and dates of publication.  Keep it social leverage video.

Back in 2010, I started to doing videos on topics of Social Selling and video engagement. To put it to you in Lehman’s Terms, I’m passionate about sales, social and leveraging video. Today, I would like to spotlight some resources, references and videos that have made an impact on me with regards to Social Selling Video.

As a book review insider for McGraw-Hill Publishing, I’ve been fortunate to receive and review numerous books on the topics of social media, marketing, sales and business. Video Book Reviews, Video Chats and Social Hangouts are great tools and resources for keeping business social and my favorite social channel of choice is video.
